here is a save with a hanger in progress that has no build options. |

just for clarity, it blocks while the hangar is selected, no end turn button, no spacebar advance. you can tab to the city view and select a unit, close the build menu, and regain the ability to advance or end turn. |

Thanks! This is now fixed by virtue of just letting players click out of structures when they are selected in general. Turns out that was what the blocking issue was. I still can't select anything in that save, but it doesn't ask me to, and it doesn't block turn change or me going to other units. |
