Summary | 0028727: Switching equipment should show relative stats of new gear vs what you have equipped, rather than base stats
Description | e.g. if I have a AR-52 Black equipped I would want to see +48 in the combat power stat instead of +70. (Shotgun CP (70) - AR-52 Black CP (22) = 48). Applying to all stats between the two weapons/items. Or, if you want to also show the base stats of the new weapon when hovering over it like it is now, just add a new line that says Relative Change or something so you can tell at a glance. Basically to cut down on mental math for the player. If I'm switching out equipment it is usually because for a given situation I care about one stat more than others. Showing how much a piece of equipment is better/worse than your current equipped gear (or base stats if none is equipped) would save a bit of mental math in figuring out if the gear you're about to equip is actually better/worse for any given stat. And anyway, the way it is now, it actually LOOKS like you're seeing relative values, because the gear numbers are prefixed with +/- even though that's not actually the case
