Summary | 0028880: Death of Network Relay caused "Netslicer" death scene
Description | Wrote up a detailed account of this bug and then Mantis glitched out, so here goes round two. The situation was I had built a bauxite mine fairly early and the corpo black response obliterated my forces and spawned a response at a satellite base. Thinking, such is the price of progress, I went limp and let them do their thing, unfortunately, when they destroyed the satellite base (I believe it was the Network relay, but it might have been a different building), it triggered the death response as if my tower was destroyed. It and everything else aside from the small outpost base was fine. It talked about the netslicer origin and that the price of losing the tower was resources. This seems to me a bug. Attached are two saves: beforechaos is the one I made before I started the bauxite mine. To recreate the circumstances, simply start building the bauxite mine where all the forces are at (you'll notice a network relay near there to connect to the mine) wierddeath was the save I made after. Not sure if that one helps, but figured couldn't hurt to add it. -Scott
