They're not border aggression, there's actually a special rule in tutorial mode that spawns those periodically. |

So they are like tutorial exo-galactic forces? Cool! I'm assuming these are much less intense than the ones generated in a full campaign. Is that true? |

It doesn't have anything to do with the exo mechanic, it's just a ship spawned on a wormhole every now and then. |
