Summary0003088: Fixed-position "cloaker starship" turret for troop movement
DescriptionThe idea is to be able to move ships between disconnected sections of planets you own without freeing units all the time and having to mop up the worlds in-between constantly. Making them only able to cloak a very few units at a time would mean you still require transports.

Of course, theres an issue right now even using cloaker ships + transports for this, where ships coming through a wormhole won't get cloaked for a split second, and even transports cause AI ships to free up.


This is the more balanced way I thought about being able to relocate fleets between bases without having to mop up constantly - previously I thought of having warp gates for already-built units with a paralysis based on number of hops, but that seemed too unbalanced.
