Description | In the late stages of the game, I regularly find myself tossing around unit balls of 1000+ ships at once. With balls that big, I've noticed that sometimes sending one through a wormhole makes the game lag enormously. The warp rate seems to be important; after the first jump spaces the units out, successive jumps happen normally. I almost always have my entire fleet in a control group or two, so this may be related to 0002956, though that specific issue was already fixed. For what it's worth, I've also noticed a slight hesitation while scrapping a third of my 1500 viral shredders (also in a control group). It's not that bad, but given the side-effects of fixing 0002956, it might be worth glancing at. ;) | ||||
