Summary0003361: Planet View Settings Maintain Between Games
DescriptionDuring a game, it will maintain your view position and zoom levels on each planet. When reloading game however, these settings are not maintained. This is not a huge deal normally, but when playing a game in frequent, short bursts with a lot of planets under your control, it can get annoying fast (I'll often spend the first few minutes after loading with the game paused, reorienting my views and camera positions). I am suggesting that AI War keep a .dat file per game that would record these views so that they would maintain between games (And make it an option of course, not everyone wants extra files being written to their hard drive each game). Also, this would need to work in multiplayer, perhaps saving a .dat file automatically when you close the game?

As you mentioned, file management would be tricky. But still a nifty idea.
