Summary	0003471: Faster Light Starships
Description	I tend to get a little annoyed when putting together my hotkey groups because there's no obvious role for the Light Starships after Flagships are unlocked. (And Flagships are pretty much a no brainer.) Furthermore, until you go all the way up to Spire Starships there's no flagship that can reasonably keep up with Bombers or Fighters. Suggestion: Increase speed of light starship to 35. Lights are already marginal in terms of power-for-cost and this would at least give them a role.
