Summary0003710: Disable astro train attacks on Command Stations causing warning
DescriptionIs there any chance to get the attack on command station warning disabled when the attacker is an astro train? This causes tons of false warnings to the point I almost treat CS attack warnings like I do car alarms. I suppose it could be an option to turn them off, but I can't honestly see anyone caring that an astro train plinked a command station for a couple of points of damage.

I thought command stations were immune to dark matter ammo, just like a bunch of other things like the cryopods, and otherwise, since they were getting annihilated at the start of the game at one point as a result.

Not that I can tell, although they do basically no damage so it is hard to tell. I don't know whether Command Stations are immune to dark matter; I didn't check since I see them attacked so I assumed they weren't.

Well then, Can we then add Dark matter ammo immunity to more units, namely all command stations?

Just to update, Command Stations are NOT immune to Dark Matter ammo. Also, the CS warning sound on +10 speed from this issue is pretty annoying. It sounds so urgent, but then I look up and see Attack 6, Planets 2/20.

+1 to what Hearteater said. I don't think granting immunity to dark matter is the best solution though.

Yeah, there are a few legit Dark Matter users, like Zenith Polarizers and Mirrors I believe.

make them have a 0 multiplier to command-grade?

@HTL2001
I like that idea. No fiddling with new mechanics or alert code, but elegantly solves the problem.

There is very little the human has with command-grade armor that you would want astro trains hitting, and plenty that you would have it avoid hitting.
