Summary	0003819: Spire Craft Galatic Destroyer
Description	The Spire were not trying to destroy but create with this model to create new galaxy by creating large enough black hole only using creation new matter through energy. They find since interruption of AI that they no longer able to strive to there aspiration of creating new galaxy to populate galaxy however forced to defend them self against larger threat. Since interruption of AI Spire were not able to create viable method of powering Galatic Destroyer. so they compensated and decided that they can use infinte power of outside galatic power from AI planets and ships them self. To power Galatic Destroyer require 100,000 energy units for you to start engines but with weapon disabled. weapon requires so much energy it nearly impossible for humans to power it with very limited reactors. Where Shines is it disables entire planet power system to charge up its weapon. energy used from Galatic Destroyer is only so much small percentage of total power requirement it can only shoot once using power from AI every 30 minutes. however after math of shot doesn't matter where causes large dampening of engines emitters and causes all ships to almost crawl at stand still max ship speed is 2, this last for long time. damage done causes huge damage to every thing and powers everything include supply for AI and humans alike for 2 minutes. Spire Craft can also use enemy ships to power its weapon however this be very weak compared to it full potential(this be main attack). Spire thinking of sending one into exo Galatcic Worm hole and destroy AI reinforcements for one AI type, However this decion should not be taken lightly. Story Ship: This ship was created by spire to make new galaxy for others to enjoy or to destroy harmful Black holes. This ship at it full potential is able to create matter and be able to replicate super nova to create new super black whole for beginnings of new galaxy. However spire where hit hard and lost or incapable with AI hindering them to create power source capable of powering for it basic weapon. they then decide to change design instead Creating but to destroy. Even though they had Galatic Creator they just did little change made it into weapon however very powerful weapon that nothing can power it beside AI infinite power. It would require perpetual Motion Generator to power it self indefinably creating new galaxys in far stretches of space, It even also able to create new universe however that would require power big bang. but eventual it would acheive this. however WITH AI spire cant create this full technology to acheive this however they setle for less and accept that they never be ablet to untill AI is destroyed. This be part Spire Story as somewhere OP. well i think creating new super black whole is OP.
