Summary0004020: Right-clicking issues on a Macbook Pro
DescriptionI'm running the most current beta version of AVWW on my Macbook Pro, and I can't seem to right click using command or control-click. In AI War, it was possible to right click by holding down apple and clicking, rather than having to plug in a third-party mouse. Does this feature simply not exist in AVWW, or is it currently bugged?

* Added the "Left Mouse <=>; Right Mouse" keybind from AI War and Tidalis.
** While this key is held, all Left clicks are treated as Right clicks, and vice versa. Very helpful for folks with one-button mice. It automatically is bound to the left apple key on OSX.

Appreciate this feature being ported over, but it doesn't appear to be functioning. Even though it's bound to leftapple, it's registering my keypresses as rightapple. Even when it's then bound to rightapple, the right clicking feature doesn't appear to work.

One thing I forgot to mention is that I'm using the latest version of Snow Leopard. Perhaps this isn't happening to Lion users.

I'm on Snow Leopard myself.

Can you bind it to something like G and see if that works, just for the sake of curiosity? I think we're automatically translating LeftWhatever to RightWhatever because we treat them the same, so that shouldn't matter. (LeftShift, LeftCtrl, LeftApple, etc). It might be that this just isn't working in general, or it might be a problem with LeftApple/RightApple, so I'd just like to isolate it if you don't mind.

Thanks!

I can confirm that the lefclick/rightclick command doesn't appear to be working in general. I tried binding the same command to Z, G, and F with no results (with and without alternate or modifier keys).

Plugging in a third-party mouse indicates that right clicking works in general, just not this command.

Okay, that's excellent feedback, thanks. I actually prefer that to the leftapple being the issue. ;)

Will investigate!

* The "Left Mouse <=> Right Mouse" was previously working in most of the GUI, but not in the inventory bar or in actual gameplay. Now it works everywhere that we've been able to think to test. If you find any more places where it doesn't work, please let us know!
