Summary0006690: World Map: Much faster movement than usual
DescriptionI'm not positive, but I may have gotten Storm Dash's effect to carry over into the world map. I'm moving at 2-3 times the speed than I'm used to. It persists after exiting and reloading.

Can you examine the attached save and see if it's a bug or some kind of feature that I didn't know about?

I almost always use Storm Dash to exit a region, so it can't be just that by itself, can it?

I've had this happen very often, but have been unable to consistently reproduce it so I never logged it.

It's not storm dash, it's some sort of framerate thing. I'd see it only with certain worlds, and kind of rarely. Larger worlds were more common to have it, oddly.

Since 0.930 and all the graphics performance improvements is anyone seeing this?

I saw this a few times back when this was first reported. I've not seen this in quite some time.

I saw it earlier; can't remember if it was last version or the one before. I've not been able to reliably reproduce it, but for me it always starts with glyph transplanting and ends with death.

I've got a character that has had this bug for several versions now. Just to add another twist to it, the issue is definitely bound to this character. As in, I switched to another character for a while and the speed on the world map went away. Then I switched back, and I'm speedy again. Very weird.

Haven't tried it with the latest version though, I'll have to give it a whirl this evening.

Do you mind uploading that world while you are the affected character? That would help us narrow this down alot.

Just had this as well. I transferred to a character that came with my world (I'm on continent 1) and right after, the map does this. I'll try to transfer back and see what happens.

Oh maybe I didn't explain well. I did a glyph transfer and then this bug happened. I just checked and doing a glyph transfer again doesn't help. The glyph transfer was to a character I never rescued, since it came with my settlement to begin with, so that may have something to do with it.
