Summary0007479: Mission reward seeding should prioritize non-windstorm missions
DescriptionAs continent number increases, the amount of missions available in the wind storm increases.

I am having a really tough time of it on my current continent (really fun challenge, that's not the problem). However, all the missions that are rewarding me necessary buildings are deep in the wind.

Before the wind was a minor nuisance and this was fine. Now that it is such a block (I have very few spells at tier, and cannot grab a foothold in the wind), the seeding of mission rewards should put the needed resources/supplies in areas I can reach.

I've just been doing secret missions for everything, otherwise.

Windstorm mechanics in general are going to change hopefully today. I'll be curious to know if you still feel the same way after that. If so, let's talk more then.

Really like the idea, should work well. Except... the first mission I tried in a storm was a JtP. Let's just say, it was over quickly ;)

The one building I need is 7 deep in the wind, and I loose about 10% life a second. But, I see you changed this to assigned.

World map missions no longer seed in windstorms (or in areas unreachable due to turbulence). This is fixed.
