Summary0007604: Shield use negatively effected by cooldown reduction
DescriptionAt the moment the cooldown on my shield spells is at 0.1 seconds, this is sufficiently low that I frequently manage to use the spell twice when pressing the button, this means that shields don't turn on or off when I want them to.

I think the best solution is to fix shields at 0.5 seconds, simply for consistency, if there is deemed to be some utility in being able to turn shields on and off quicker then cap it at say 0.25 seconds.

An alternative is to make this spell a cast-once spell rather than cast continuously like attack spells.

Frankly, I'd consider this a bit more of a bug -- it's really pretty irritating and I can't imagine it's intended.

Turning the shield on an off very fast is useful if you're in a tight spot and it is taking a lot of damage.

The best solution to accidental toggling of the shield I think is as Quaix wrote, since being able to cast it continuously by holding the button down is not useful and does not make sense.
