| Description | These enemies would belong in the Wild Garden Age. Movement-wise, they would be similar to Eagles ), though they normally spawn so their path takes them above the player. This is because when they near the player and the player is less than a set distance below them (400 px?), they swoop down before coming back up to their original path such that they can hit the player. The swoop would aim to hit the player, and would be "long" at the bottom to make it difficult to evade just by moing backwards. Damage on melee would be Air, and the Pterosaur would have resist Air and vulnerability Fire. Elite versions would be the Reaper Pterosaur (change resist to Entropy, and damage on melee to Entropy; in addition, rather than traversing the whole map, this would turn around at about 1000 px from the player to come back for another go until it is killed), the Lightning Pterosaur (as normal, except that it uses Storm Dash for its swoop, and throws out a burst of lightning shots (random directions) when it begins to swoop), and the Flame Pterosaur (change damage and resist to Fire, and Vulnerability to water; in addition, when it swoops, it leaves a trail of fire along the swoop path similar to those left behind the Magma Rhino.) Finally, a potential background item could also be tied to Pterosaurs as an unlock - the Giant Dinosaur Egg. (Breaking it could release enemies or health or a random enchant (randomly determined which), if preferred, or it could just sit there and look nice.) | ||||
