You switched planets, from the look of things -- that means your science lab is no longer selected. |

Aren't you trying to send the science station to the planet it is on in that movie? In that case, no, it doesn't make a sound, since it's not going anywhere... |

I thought that at first, too, but if you watch the planet name at the very top of the screen at the start, he switches planets first, then tries to send it from the other planet to the planet he's then on. But there's nothing selected at that point, and you can't send through the galaxy map to the planet you're on, anyway. |

Actually, no. He's on Udontake in the beginning of the video, yes. Then he selects the science lab through the lower menu, that brings him to Bupe (it even says Bupe Science Lab - Exhausted), which focuses the view on Bupe with the science lab selected. Then he goes to galaxy map and tries to send it to Bupe again. |
