| Description | I have "Learn Spell: Plasma Bolt 1" open. It's telling me I could do 90.4 DPS with the spell. I want to compare that with my existing spells -- at least the ones I have on my number bar. But hovering over my existing spells doesn't show the usual popup help while this dialog is open. | ||||
