Summary0008804: NPC Averages Inaccurate (Possibly Yeilding Unhappy NPCs)
DescriptionWhen selecting an NPC to send on a Dispatch, the displayed "Successful Dispatches: [n] (Compared to [k] Average)" displays the average successes over all NPCs both living and dead, not just those NPCs still in the settlement. (I haven't tested the effect of transferring NPCs off continent yet.)

I think this may be causing extra post-dispatch mood changes of being "wearied of being sent on so many more mission than others," although further testing is warranted.

Likewise, displayed averages for NPC skills are averaged over both the living and dead. However, testing supports correct logic regarding "others [having] set such a good example of having higher skills." (Of my two still-living Technozoologicalist with skills 313 and 318, one receives the bonus and the other the the detriment, even though my displayed average is 215.)

* Previously, there was a bug where dead NPCs were still being counted for some of the things like average skill levels on the continent, etc. Fixed.
