Summary0008894: Explosive barrels should never be able to instantly kill a 500+ HP character

The general gist of it is that there should be measures in place to keep the explosive barrels as an evironmental hazard, just not allowing them to be the instant bane of anyone who carelessly let's loose the wrong spell at the wrong time.

They should also not, preferrably, spawn behind things so they're invisible.

I think that the number of explosive items allowed to be near each other in combination with making explosive items more obvious (which includes not allowing them to be drawn behind other background entities) is needed. An individual mossy, explosive barrel, while it will still hurt, won't insta kill characters of any sort of reasonable HP build (or at least, I don't think they can, after their damage nerf).

For 1.201:

* Mossy Barrel death shrapnel strength-per-shrapnel from 8 => 2.

* Player Mossy Barrel strength-per-shrapnel from 8 => 4.

Since they're something of a pet-hatred to me, I'll keep an eye on them in the next change to make sure they aren't toothless. I still want them to be dangerous. Just not insta-death dangerous.
