Summary0008978: Mystery Clues - make easier to read sequentially?
DescriptionIt may just be me, but when reading mystery clues in series after I've collected a large number of contiguous clues, it's sometimes hard to keep track of which one I just read and which is next in the interface.

Especially in the case of the multitude of identically-labeled "tattered notes" in the Jinsiek and John series, this is particularly bad. D: But even just for the ones labeled "Recorder Crystal" the names kind of blur together sometimes, for me. The primary problem is the lack of ability to easily pick out the note I just read from the next one, since they all sound alike--or in the case of the tattered notes, they are truly indistinguishable when making a selection.

I have 2 suggestions:

1) The simplest solution that wouldn't require even tweaking the actual interface would be to simply change the title of the "tattered notes"--in both the clue selection screen and in the text of the note at the top--to "Tattered Note 1" "2" etc. Or a possibly more right-brained alternative would be to use variations of the adjective tattered such as torn, burnt, dirty, shredded, etc.

2) If you want to go fancier, you could add a "previous" and "next" buttons for unlocked clues, and highlight or shade the clue that was last clicked on. If necessary, the "last read" indicator could last only during the lifetime of that particular instance of that mystery's interface. I.e, when I exit Jinsiek and John, the "last read" indicator could reset to a null state until I start reading them again.

Either way, some sort of change like this would make it a little easier to read each mystery taken as a whole.

I realize the mystery clues aren't exactly super high priority in terms of game mechanics, but I feel they add a lot of "soul" to this game and that the simpler of my fix suggestions would be pretty easy to implement. :)

I attached a screenshot to illustrate my point, for clarity's sake. :) Thanks for reading!
