Summary	0009454: Gravity Drill effect remains when system is EMP'd by a warhead.
Description	If it is supposed to persist when non-functional, I suggest adding EMP immunity. The lack of it, and the flashing red nature indicates that perhaps it should stop working under certain conditions, however. Supply?
