Summary0009938: "Undo buy tech" button --- for misclicks
DescriptionI just wound up abandoning a new game after accidentally sinking 3,000 k into Mk II grav turrets with a misclick right near the start of the game. It's not the worst thing in the world --- I lost about 20 minutes of play --- but it would be nice to have an undo button for that kind of situation. It could be allowed for five minutes after you buy the tech or --- I think ideally --- until the first time you start to build a newly-unlocked ship or structure.

As far as the potential alternative of "are you sure?", it's a better GUI approach to allow undos instead of asking all the time since users develop a reflex to hit yes before thinking about what they are doing.

Good idea...though the time-based undo allows for exploit, like, say, unlock a tech, build several ships out of that, then undo unlock though...

I support for the undoable until first build of the thing unlocked...

A good alternative to an undo button would be right clicking to undo a choice; also coloring the icon a different shade to indicate that it could be undone. Then, when you build a unit from what you last unlocked it would turn into a check mark like normal.

Relatively easy solution.

On getting tech, flag it, but allow a right click to undo that action.

However, as soon as you use the tech (which requires manual action, unless, I suppose, CTRLS use it) it becomes locked, and cannot be reversed.
