DescriptionI would like more ways of misdirecting and generally messing with the AI.

Many people seem to think MRS is overpriced in K terms.

1) How about an MRS 2, which not only repaired ships but also provided a small trickle of supply enabling the building of temporary defensive emplacements in normally out of supply areas.

Alternatively a ship which steadily lost health releasing a similar trickle of supply when out of standard supply.

As another alternative - a suicidal ship which has to be escorted to a system before setting up into a static fortification to be left behind.

2) Another (cloaked?) hacking ship that can turn planets off alert or slow reinforcement rates.

3) I find hack response rises too quickly - can we have a way to redue hack response as we have with AIP - perhaps with an AIP cost.

4) A ship that misdirects enemies by projecting illusionary decoys to distant locations.

I like some but not all of these suggestions, could you split them up into separate suggestions.
