Summary0013469: Change withdrawing timer to be turn based
DescriptionI could seems a bit strange that you have a timer for withdrawing, instead of a number of turns (ie: "you'll withdraw in 10 seconds" instead of "you'll withdraw in 5 turns".
It applies to manually-called withdraw as well as automatic-withdraw (ex: at the end of spread spacefaring tech contract)

* Rather than taking a certain number of seconds to withdraw, the game now takes 5 turns. Each time your ship is hit, it adds another turn (but still max 5). This is mostly the equivalent of the old system (except that hits from enemies set you back twice as much), but is clearer in the new turn-based model.
