Summary0013586: Returned to game after break, screen all black except "The Last Federation" in upper left.
DescriptionI walked away from my computer from a while with the game running in the foreground. Not sure exactly how long I was away but when I got back the game was all black except the name "The Last Federation" in the upper left hand of the screen. Task Manager did not show the game locked up and I could Alt-Tab around it but ended up having to force close the application. Before I did I grabbed the dump file and I have attached it to this document. Nothing I did would return the game back to normal without force closing. Afterwards program loaded without problem. System was not in power save mode.

The dump file actually isn't helpful for us; I don't know why unity suggests sending them to the developers, as we don't have the symbols needed to decode them any more than you do, heh.

That said, inside the RuntimeData folder inside your game folder, there may be some error files. Can you upload those?

Found a ArcenDebugLog file in there, attached it. Sorry I sometimes provide too much information.

Ha -- I am not one to criticize anyone else about being too informative; I am the same. Unfortunately that log didn't catch anything.

If you haven't yet restarted the game, there is an output.log file inside the LastFederation_Data folder, which also gets written by Unity. That one sometimes catches stuff that are beyond us being able to catch because the environment became too unstable for it to even get to running the mono code. That said, it gets overwritten every time the game is run, so unless you grab that right after a crash, it gets wiped.

For now, most likely we'll just keep an eye on this one.

No problem. I have been playing for the last few hours an no other bugs have came up. Super fun game. I will let it sit idle a while again and if I can get that log for you I will update the ticket. Thanks.
