Summary	0013690: Cannot aid thoraxians fighting off pirates
Description	In the attached save, I'm at the thoraxian homeworld and they're being attacked by a lone pirate armada. I'd like to help them out (even though they dislike me) but the option is not there in the Friendly Acts dialog. If it's locked because they don't like me enough, I'd expect to see it there but coloured red and explaining that (like all the others).
