| Description | Right now it's very annoying going through the list of research projects looking for a project that will help the species and boost influence. There's such a wide range of possible research times that it's hard to tell a long project that they already have from a short one they need. Ideally, them helping you would be its own dispatch mission so that you could check at a glance whether there was even anything you could help them with. | ||||

Seconded, though I'd be fine with just some kind of icon on the tech list telling you that the host race already has the tech. Separating it as extra action would be rather unwieldy, I think, and the player would likely end up clicking through both actions to check the separate tech lists. |

Still don't have any way to tell if the race has the tech, other than looking at the research time and guessing. |

Just a different color text for the two types of techs would be awesome! |

For 1.019: * The dropdown for Research Technology now indicates which options are already known to the client (and thus you'd just be getting a copy yourself, not really helping the client much). Thanks :) |
