Summary	0015339: Zenith Hydras don't spawn heads
Description	Perhaps has to do with the downscaling, too: The AI Zenith Hydras in my current wave did not spawn any hydra heads (there was no Zenith Hydra Head in the planetary summary on the right side of the screen). I also did not see any Hydra heads in my own forces, although having fought several fierce battles should have spawned at least some of them. And I'm quite sure I didn't one-shot all the hydras in the incoming wave. Probably has to do with the downscaling as well and a hydra head would only be generated if the hydra had taken 5000% of its max health in damage without dying.
