DescriptionAt a random new game, the game cant continue after the first turn due: not possible to choose Tech.

I try to click everywhere, but the game wont let me choose anything.

I cant recreate the same bug by staring a new game though.

In the savegame you load the same state.

I started another game with the same issue, I see I just have won in both savegames after placing the first city. Thats the reason I could not learn any science.

Not 100% sure, I think both of them have different starting settings.

First one (turn 1 cant...)
I used advanced start, normal or easy, 75% land, terrestrial, normal size, random race

At the second (Game over screen after.....)
I used advances start, easy, 75% land, terrestrial, huge size, Zenith

I've started a bunch of new games to try to find a territory with win conditions that were automatically satisfied, and haven't found one yet. They always have some minimum population. If you see this again, please let us know and tell us what the act 1 objective you picked was. Thanks :)

Browsing through the Act1 events in the xls files.
There are two that don't have code conditions. However, they aren't causing this. (edited xls, reduced Act1 choices, these events were never selected)

Found it:
Amass a great number of shrines so our citizens can pray to Supreme Leader conveniently.

It doesn't have a population count, and requires 1/9 shrines. It instantly completes.

I have another example, it took me "only" 30 new games with all possible placements to trigger this bug, so its quit rare. :)

Check save 1 for that.

Here you have to place the spaceship in the lower left corner (SW) to get the victory screen.

This bug exist in game version 910 and 911.

For 0.912:

* Changed the BuildingsPerOther precondition to always require at least one building of that type, even if you have no other buildings.
** This prevents an act-completion goal using only this from automatically completing instantly; though it's probably better to not have this be a sole precondition for an Act 1 objective anyway.
