Summary	0022469: Having your cursor on the scroll bar makes the already selected options tool tip show up
Description	If I have my cursor on the scroll bar (ex. For an AI type) it shows the tooltip for whatever is selected, such as Full Ensemble, restricting my view of the AI types. The selected type at the top also highlights, as if i have my cursor on it.

Chris_McElligottPark Jan 2, 2020 10:12 am administrator ~0055257	That is super annoying, I had not noticed that. I am guessing it has to do with scrollbars not having a raycast target on them fully somehow. I don't quite understand how that would happen, but I'll look at it.
