Summary0022469: Having your cursor on the scroll bar makes the already selected options tool tip show up
DescriptionIf I have my cursor on the scroll bar (ex. For an AI type) it shows the tooltip for whatever is selected, such as Full Ensemble, restricting my view of the AI types. The selected type at the top also highlights, as if i have my cursor on it.

That is super annoying, I had not noticed that. I am guessing it has to do with scrollbars not having a raycast target on them fully somehow. I don't quite understand how that would happen, but I'll look at it.
