This is likely related to the Speed booster Group move bug here. http://www.arcengames.com/mantisbt/view.php?id=5677 |

There is no speed boosting going on at Sicloc in my screenshot/save, so that may not be the culprit, though it does seem likely to be the same bug in both instances. |

Nope, all command stations now provide double movement speed to friendly units, so that would be the same issue as 5677. |
