| Description | Spirecraft ships which are immune from speed boosts cause wrongful group-moving speed because the immunity is not considered in the lowest-denominator calculation. i.e. if you select a plasma starship and a siege tower and order them to group-move, the tower slow down from 68 to 36 speed while the plasma starship will travel at 68. This results in the starships, fleets, and whichever to move ahead of the Spirecraft. EDIT: as GUDare mentions, this affects non-Spirecraft too. Any ship with speed boost immunity paired up with one that can will cause a discrepancy. | ||||

A similar event occurs when grouping, say, cloaking starships and transports, as the cloaker gets the boost and the transport doesn't. |
