Summary	0010186: Make difficulty of dispatch mission obstacle clearing clearer
Description	Make it clear visually which obstacles will be more difficult to clear. If they are already, I am completely oblivious to it, sorry! Then again, I could be overlooking an underlying factor that is making them more difficult.
