Description | Currently the range at which a kingsnake starts to move toward the player and its actual movement range seem to more or less line up, making it very hard to lure a kingsnake to move somewhere without being hit. Maybe this ratio could be tweaked a bit in favor of the player ; )? I think it would be more fun this way... | ||||

The main problem with that is that then the snakes ALWAYS jump too soon and never actually hit you. Since there is a gap between when they jump and when they hit you, that makes them almost completely neutered and no threat at all. With the current model it's possible to dodge them, but only just. You rarely need to dodge them except during a few bonus objectives, so that's fitting anyhow. |
