Summary	0011037: Tiki Island - cannot enter canoe
Description	In the Tiki Island level, I cannot get in the canoe no matter what I try. I've tried filling a mini-river all the way to the ocean, I've tried dumping multiple buckets onto the canoe...am I missing something, or is there a bug here?
