| Description | I blow up a counterattack mk 3 post at least 7 hops away and it still manage to strike a satellite solar system that is further away from my chokehold. Location of post to satellite world = 7 hops Location of post to chokehold = 5 hops At least it should at minimum warp to an AI planet and move from there. It happened twice. I will try to get an example save game that is reproducible. I will get back on this. | ||||

I upload a save game. Just press 1 and turn on the champion and attack the counterattack mk 2 post nearby. It will hop 7 systems over to rare the chokehold system. |

It sends the counter attack form the closest warp gate, not from the CA Post planet. I posted more on the forums (where you cross posted). |

Yes I realize I made a mistake. I did observe a bad target counterattack warp mk3 in another version I think. That must been what I was thinking to post sorry. |

Some is still broken in these in the current version. I have a save where the Counter Attack Post happy sends a wave 42 planets from the closest warp gate. I can throw up the saves if you like. EDIT: Added save file with issue. Attack the Counter attack post, and it does a strike versus the homeworld. |

I can't find the thread but I do remember Keith saying that if no valid target exists, CA Posts default to the original behavior. |
