Ah. The flag wasn't immediately obvious alongside the Greek architecture. There should be a tutorial pop-up mentioning recapture whenever a building reaches 0 hp. |

Well, you actually cannot recapture it directly, unless you lose the whole town. It instead becomes an intractable blight on the town that you can't erase and have to build around. If that happens enough, you'll just wind up losing the town and retaking it. |
