Description | No idea what this is from but most commonly happens when I drop 9 chaps in a single turn (save up 9 actions and drop all 9 at once). Please let me know if you still see the chapman then in the next version. I suspect I already fixed that via something unrelated. Thanks on the Hippo-Toxotes, that's now fixed. |

I was poking around with the above save and notice that a) the chapman text always occurs after the planning/build phase, right before the "watch" phase. There seems to be one instance of error text for each chappy. It might have something to do with the chaps stacking (which should go away next update). |

Chapman text is still here. I've added a new debug log, saves from game 3 and game 6. I ran game 3,5 and 6 to test out the new behaviors. Game 3 and 5 the text is bad at the start but diminishes a lot after a few turns. Game 6 is a fresh start where I tried to force the issue. I only pushed out 3 chaps and got the text. |

Thanks! * Fixed the main cause of the "Chapman infinite loop averted!" error. It is something that may well resurface (it in itself is an error-correction procedure), but not for the same reason. ** The error wasn't really an error, in the classic sense: when a chapman literally had nowhere to go at all because of a traffic jam of units, the chapman would not draw down movement points and thus the cycle of searching for a way to move would spin for a thousand tries and then give up with this message. ** Now it notices better when the situation is hopeless and the chapman just simply has nowhere to go (as opposed to needing to look for an alternate route), so that both suppresses the warning message noted above, as well as makes the time it takes to process the turn way faster. |

Makes sense seeing that the text popped up when the chaps were in tight quarters (in .802). Will this squelch the "ChapmanGreek is already at the target tile BarracksGreek!" messages too? |

I'm not sure on that. I never have seen that error personally, and I'm not sure if the latest update has fixed that with some of the new rules for chapmen. I think that the stacking and some other related things were causing issues with the "already at the target tile" thing. But if you see it again in 0.802 or later, do let me know. |

Save 6 is a fresh start form .802. Everything from ~ 7 pm in the debug log is .802 If you want, I can open a new report just for that one. It isn't hindering the game, that I can tell. It's just more unsightly red text messaging. |
