DescriptionPrimarly for reducing micro-management of new world colonizations.
Would be a nice tweak, since if you use them, you build them everywhere by hand anyway. To prevent forgetting to build one, they should be auto-buildable.

Optional: should be switchable between
a) auto-building on own planets
b) auto-building on all friendly planets

Also it should not autobuild on planets with a Logistics Command Station.
