Description | 10k points per turn is very overpowered. I was able to get over 2 million points through strategic setup of embassies on Mountain Divide. Compare that to the about 500-900k points more normal strategies appear to be getting.... I attached a picture of my diplomacy corridor. It also happens to be very good at spamming soldiers for the front lines as well. | ||||

Wow...I never would have thought of something like that. In my game, diplomats die very quickly. Needless to say, the war won't be ending very soon. |

Actually... you don't need soldiers. All you need is building materials and turns. Exceeding certain amount of diplomats means that any newly founded town will be enlightened before it goes bandit. Easiest way - build a 6x6 grid of town centers each with only embassy. |

Yes but 700k of my score came from the simply massive battles. I was able to balance the sides out well enough that there was a seemingly endless war going on in the middle of the map. Massive battles. Building many units per turn gave a ton of points. |

I do the logical inverse by placing barracks on the other side of an impassable chunk to keep the interior free for trader and chapmen navigation. I suggest potential nerfs: - restrict embassies to the interior ring of 8 buildings - remove the diplomat who successfully concludes the peace treaty. He is now "promoted" to the resident ambassador. |

Fixed a while back with the complete revamp of diplomacy, as well as no more points. |
