How can you exactly kill the thing then? Since unless you're using the photon lance the firing window is very short... |

I don't mind adjusting the statistics, I just thought this mechanic would have several uses such as tanking and addressing eyes. Killing this ship would occur over the many projectiles that land on the ship. Some of them would occur during the one second firing time. We can also give it a beam weapon or something similar if it would make it more obvious when it is weak. |
