Summary	0011419: Wrong tooltip message for smite prevention
Description	In provided save try to smite primary school in bottom Norse town. Tooltip will state that it can't be smited because it would cut town center from others. I think it should state that it would make tiles not connected to anything.

Chris_McElligottPark May 9, 2013 8:34 pm administrator ~0032057	Thanks! * Fixed a bug with "can this be smited" detection that was causing some really wonky "no you cannot" answers. Specifically when you were smiting something that would leave an orphan bit of land on the eastern side. Don't ask. ;)
