Summary0011630: Hard+ difficulty and respawning level 1 units
DescriptionThis concerns four different tokens and abilities:
- Yggdrasil's exponential growth
- Odin's resurrect passive for level 4 humans.
- Idunn's active ability that creates allied copies.
- Eldhrimnir's unlimited resurrection.

All of these produce level 1 creatures. I find that these tokens lose much of their intended effect in combination with the Veteran system, as the new units mostly get eaten alive by the existing promoted ones:
(1) Promotion on average will heal more raw HP than the return damage by lvl 1 units,
(2) Naturally spawning bandit/forest/woe units spawn at lvl 2,3,4 by Age, which will win most battles and thus (1).
(3) the promoted level 4s will outfight a very large number of lvl 1s.

There is thus not much reason to use these abilities other than to create temporary distractions - they do not cause enough perturbation other than visual clutter.

I suggest instead, for all of these abilities:

- On hard difficulty, spawn units with level-1 (or 1 as the minimum).
- On expert difficulty. Spawn units as the same level *except* for Odin (otherwise his lvl 4 army is invincible!)

Alternatively:
- On hard difficulty and above, the level of the units spawned depend on current Age: 1/2/3. This might create exploits, however, so I prefer the first option.

I think this is handled about as much as it needs to be, in particular in light of other recent changes regarding upgrades.
