I have seen this in my current game as well. I will attach my current save for what its worth. Placing a Military Commandment on Ares does not seem to work... |

As far as I can see, haven't tested everything, only flying units attack gods. Since most can't hit them they just ignore the command. |

* Military commandments were accidentally broken right prior to the release of the game, but have now been fixed. Sorry about that! |
