Description | In this save, I have a small number of (very big) ships attacking a planet with an eye. The planet has a carrier with 200 ships in it, but those 200 ships aren't counted towards the ship counts on the planet. As a result, the eye is triggering. It seems like either the units in the carrier should count, or if the AI is that badly outnumbered the carrier should deploy. | ||||

It would appear some other change in 6.033 took care of this: I loaded your save and it immediately deployed the carrier, which stopped the eye from activating :) ... That is, it stopped it from activating for about 3 or 4 seconds, after which your ships had annihilated most/all of the 200 units spawned from the carrier, and now the AI is well and truly outnumbered on that planet. |
