Summary0012257: City View: Have tooltips of HQ, character, shop and robot HQ appear in the same style as bot and exo tooltips
DescriptionWould be much more consistent that way (plus the exo/bot ones look more interesting *and* cleaner due to their fixed x position).

PS: The same goes for the tooltips displayed for the items in the bottom bar of the screen (i.e. Manufacturing etc.).
