Description | My first few setups were with the laser rifle, at an angle. It's range is 8, and I didn't get that diagonal counts as 2 squares. It took me some experimentation to figure out how to tell what would be in range when I or the target moved. At this point I didn't know about the 'shoot the floor' mechanic, so didn't get that visual cue. | ||||

It says at the bottom of the screen how to get your range. But basically, all ranges in the game are considered by manhattan distance. |
