| Description | I was thinking that the transition between the overworld and mission areas could be made smoother and more satisfying by by making it so that when you click a mission the camera zooms into the icon with maybe a dissolve (or something) into the mission section. I've made a *very* rough mockup video (hey just knocked it up quick) which I'll link to, but the idea is pretty self explanatory. This rendered weird and is a bit jerky, so I hope it plays correctly for others. Works on my VLC at least. Just a polish thing I wanted to throw out there. Maybe you can't zoom in very close for technical reasons or something, but hey, whatever. The idea is nice, but I think it needs to be much faster than what is shown in the video. Also add a "woosh" sound effect or similar :) |

Ideally it'd take the same amount of time that it actually takes the level to load, although I guess this varies with your computer and the level type. It shouldn't be be overly long. Yeah, a nice whoosh sound effect would also be cool. |

Though this would be nice, but, it's way out of the scope of what we can do right now. |
