I would say, have it disable turrets. Not sure about mines... does it make sense to have that happen?

Clarification: I mean *placement* of mines/turrets, e.g. The other weapon systems.

EMP seems to disable existing turrets, I agree disabling existing mines would be odd. At least while there is only one type of mine and can be presumed to be mechanical.

We're going to be changing EMPs a bit so that this will be moot soon.
